Brian V Hall currently serves as Executive Vice President of Unified Strategic Resources LLC and also President of HMS Company, a management consulting firm located in Northern Virginia, providing support services to both the Federal and commercial marketplace. In his role as Vice President for Unified, Brian is responsible for overseeing the Federal Operations of the company, to include contract and client engagements, management consulting and business development. As President of HMS, Brian is responsible for the day-to-day operations, contract acquisitions and financial oversight of the company.

Brian assumed the role of president of HMS in June 2022, prior to his current assignments he served in various management positions within the company over his 20+ years in the government and commercial workspace. He served as Vice President and program manager for several of the company’s federal government programs. Brian provided program oversight to US Department of the Army, Fort Campbell Ky, where the company provided staff augmentation and total life cycle support services for the Fort Campbell Emergency (E-911) 24 x 7 Operation Command Center. Brian served as operations manager for its MCI staff augmentation program and the District of Columbia’s Synchronized Operations Command Center (SOCC) program as well. Brian similarly served as program manager of its Department of Agriculture (DOA) program, where the company provided technical, administrative, and clerical services to update the USDA’s existing Occupant Emergency Plans (OEP) and Spill Response Plans (SRP) for its offices to include their Headquarters Complex, and other leased sites

Before joining the workforce, Brian played basketball overseas in the Philippines. He’s also Co-Founder and Head Coach of the NOVA HAWKS, a Semi-Pro basketball team in Virginia that has given former college athletes the ability to continue their careers here in the states along with opportunities to land an overseas contract. Brian’s ability to bring the right team members together to foster, grow and build opportunities together has played a role in both his business and basketball careers.

Brian performed his undergraduate work at Radford University in Radford Virginia and has enhanced his education by taking additional courses at Northern Virginia community college, as well as specific courses in Financial Management, Leadership, Quality Assurance, and Contract Management.
